Introduction
Circular vibrating sieving machine rotary vibrating screen is a high precision fine powder screening machine.
The fundamental principle of vibrating sieve machine is that the unbalanced weight dropper installed on the top and bottom ends of motor changes the rotation motion of motor to horizontal, vertical and inclined three-dimensional motions, and then passes this motion to screen surface, achieving the purpose of classification, filtering and removal of impurities.
Working Principle
Vibration screening filter the basic principle of the electrical axis of the heavy hammer to install (unbalanced heavy hammer), the motor rotary motion into horizontal, vertical, tilt three yuan movement, then this movement passed to the screen surface.
Adjust the upper and lower ends of heavy hammer of the phase angle, can change the screen surface materials in the trajectories
Function

3. Filtering: solid-liquid separating.
Features of the Rotary Vibrating Screen
1. Accurate to 6 level separation, sieving efficiency is as high as 90%-95%;
2. When using the rubber balls, ultrasonic and other high-performance mesh-cleaning device system, the mesh hole will not be blocked.
3. Whole sealing structure design, safety operation; the acceleration is 4.5 times lower than vibrating sieve, sieving parts increases the life expectancy and reduces maintenance;
4. Noise lower than 75dB.
5. Re-optimization is balanced, ground-based dynamic load is low.
