Introduction
Standard test screen can detect and control the grain size of coarse, fine coarse, basic grain and mixed grain.
1. Coarse particle inspection will be strictly controlled by the process;
2. Top layer (on the screen) detection and control of coarse particles;
3. The second layer can test and control the basic particles;
4. The third layer can test and control the mixed particles;
5. The fourth layer (under the screen) can detection and control of fine particles;
6. The contents on the screen are calculated by weight accumulation percentage.
Feature
1) Easy to use, attractive and durable, high precision, wear-resistant, heat-resistant
2) Screen frame is produced by stainless steel stretching, not magnetic. Top and bottom screen frame uses taper fit, complete sealing after installation, avoids electrostatic adsorption.
3) Accurate mesh: Screen cloth conforms to ASTM, TYLER and subjects to tool microscope and projector examination, without deformation for long term usage.
Structure of the Test Sieve
1. Screen frame: polishing or not, according to customer requirements
2. Screen cloth: high precision woven wire mesh, perforated sheets, electronic-formed sheets
3. Screen cloth and frame are fixed by welding, can withstand temperatures up to 300 degree.
