Description
The Z type chain bucket elevator, takes product (usually from a Vibrating Feeder) up to a higher level. It takes product in its buckets, convey the buckets vertically up and feed into the target equipment.
The bucket elevator has the features of large conveying capacity, high lifting height and so on. This equipment is made of stainless steel and food grade plastic polypropylene (ABS) which is hygienic and safe for food. It starts and stops feeding automatically with the help of control circuit and lever sensor.

Applicable Fields of Belt Conveyor
This machine is widely used in food, chemical, agriculture and chemicals industry especially for fragile material such as potato, cookies, peanuts, American almonds, pistachio etc.
Working Principle
When the material fed into an inlet hopper, the buckets dig into the material, and convey it up to and over the head sprocket/pulley, then throwing the material out the discharge throat. The emptied buckets then continue back down to the boot to continue the cycle.
