Description
Continuous bucket elevators are used to handle powders, bulk solids or friable, fragile materials because they minimize product damage or are used to handle light fluffy materials where aeration of the product must be avoided.
Continuous bucket elevators have buckets spaced continuously and operate at slower speeds. The continuous bucket placement allows the force of gravity to discharge their load onto the inverted front of the proceeding bucket. The bucket then guides that material into the discharge throat on the descending side of the elevator.

Applicable Fields of Belt Conveyor

It has circuit control and switch that realize stopping and feeding automatically. With the advantages of big hoist capacity and height.
Working Principle
The lifting height can reach 40m.
Type Z according to JB3926-85 "vertical type Z bucket elevator" standard design and manufacture, the domestic commonly used type Z bucket elevator are vertical type, and it is relatively new.
Type Z bucket elevator with four kinds of hopper Q (shallow bucket), H (arc bottom bucket), ZD (deep bucket), SD (deep bucket). The main frame of the equipment can be used according to the different needs of carbon steel spray, 304 stainless steel, 316L stainless steel materials, hopper materials are plastic hopper, carbon steel hopper, stainless steel hopper optional. Because of the traction mechanism of the hoist is a ring belt, it is not allowed to transport high temperature (not more than 70°) of the material.
