Applicable Fields of Belt Conveyor
It mainly applies to vertically hoist granule of food, grain,feed, plastics and chemical sectors. Elevator hopper is risen by the chain, vertically elevating bulk materials and small particles. It has circuit control and switch that realize stopping and feeding automatically. With the advantages of big hoist capacity and height.
Working Principle
The buckets carry the raw materials from the bottom of machine, and lift them to the top with the rotation of chain, turn down after by passing the wheel at the top and throw down the materials into the receiving tank.
And the bucket elevator usually are enclosed which can prevent the dust flying in a mess in the bucket elevator.
