Introduction

Features
1) The powerful driving system (motor, reducer, gears, etc.) is adopted. SEW Reducer+Motor is available if required.
2) The arrangement of plough pushes the product toward the center; meanwhile the blades shear the big block.
3) Pneumatic valve ensures convenient discharging of material
4) All contact part in SS304 or SS316L, which meets food standard; mirror polish for both interior and exterior.

Working Principle
Coulter mixer drive the material from two ends to center through the help of the outer coulter, while the inner coulter push the material from center to two ends, thus, material achieve a high mixing effect at short time.If there are some agglomerat, the fly cutter can smash it into powder.
