Features
1. There are two heating methods: electric heating and heat conduction oil heating: electric heating is convenient, but the heating rate is slow and the energy consumption is high; Heat conduction oil heating needs to be equipped with oil pot and oil guide power, pipelines, investment is large, but the heating rate is fast, low energy consumption;
2. Cooling process can directly inject cooling water into the jacket, with large heat exchange area and fast cooling speed;
3. The motor and the stirring spindle are directly connected by cycloidal pinwheel reducer, with simple structure, high reliability and easy maintenance.

Working Principle
The most effective design of ribbon layout is the double ribbon in which the outer ribbon moves the product in one direction and the inner ribbon moves it in the opposite direction. The ribbons rotate and move materials both radially and laterally to insure thorough blends in short cycle times.
