Introduction
Double Cone Blender is an efficient and versatile machine for mixing dry powder and granules homogeneously. All the contact parts made out of stainless steel of required grade by customer.
Two third of the volume of the Cone Blender is filled to ensure proper mixing. It can be used for Pharmaceutical, Food, Chemical and Cosmetic products etc.
Features
1) With safety bar, mixer can work when safety bar is in horizontal position.
When safety bar is upward turned, power will be cut automatically and mixer is stopped.
This function will protect operator from possible injury from the rotating V mixing barrel.
2) With auto-positioning stop function, when machine stops, the discharge parts is
right towards the ground automatically, no need to use point-stop (jog)manually.
3) With intensifier bar (agitator) inside mixer, mixing effect will be better; when mix powder which is a little sticky or bad fluidity, this is high recommended to add.

Working Principle
The Double Cone Mixer provides a gentle high-flowing mixing process for solids/solids in a proportion of up to 1:100.000 with the possibility of using an intensifier bar to enhance the mixture, and solids/liquids in powder or granulate form with different specific weights.
