Introduction
The concrete batching machine is a kind of equipment with automatically batching material on the front desk and using mixer together. It can automatically finishing the batching procedures of 3-6 kinds of materials (second grade concrete) such as sand, stone, cement according to users’ requirement.
These serial products adopt electronic weighing, computer control, digital display, wired remote control operation, and have such advantages as accurate weighing, high precision batching, quick speed, strong control function and convenient operation.
After this serial concrete batching machine with relative concrete mixer, different types and specification combined concrete mixing station can be formed.
Features
1. Unique skirt hem tape can prevent the material to the overflow, and on the other hand, it can prevent the material accumulating at the head and tail, making the weighing reach its top condition;
2. Material thickness can be adjusted;
3. This machine can enhance the accuracy of weighing;
4. Accuracy: The accuracy of weighing is +0.5%, control accuracy is+1%.
Application
Vibration Feeder is a kind of linear direction feeding machine. It has features of smooth vibrating, reliable operation, long service life and suitable feeding. It is widely used in mining, building, silicate and chemical industries for crushing and screening.
Working Principle
Vibrating feeder is composed of trough body, vibration exciter, spring bearing and gearing device, etc. The vibration source of the feed grizzly is vibration exciter which consists of two eccentric shafts (active and passive) and gear pair.
Driven by the motor through V-belt, the driving shaft rotates and the gear engagement between the driving shaft and driven shaft makes them reversely rotate simultaneously, which leads that the trough body vibrates and the materials flow continuously and then achieve the purpose of transporting materials.
