Working Principle
The slap screen is driven by the motor to drive the gear to the main shaft through the timing belt. After the gear is shifted, the main shaft rotates at the required speed.
The main shaft drives the eccentric to make the slide reciprocate, and drives the test sieve installed in the skateboard tray to shake left and right. Drive the ejector gear to rotate.
After the shifting, the ejector pin gear hits the ejector lever through the top of the cam. The ejector pin slaps the slap hammer up and down to test the upper cover of the sieve, so that the materials in the test sieve and the sample sieve reciprocate and vibrate up and down, so that the test is less than the standard test.
The material particles of the sieve mesh are sieved into the lower test sieve, and the layers are screened so that only the same particle size is left in each test sieve. Separation of different particle sizes is achieved and the particle size composition of this material is determined.-
